Health Services

For the past 20 years, “Zubeda Chunawala Charitable Polyclinic & Daycare” has been dedicated to providing health services to the underprivileged community. Located at Veera Desai Road, in front of Monarch Qureshi, near Prathamesh Park, behind Country Club, Behram Baugh, Jogeshwari West, Mumbai-400102 (also available on Google), our clinic is staffed by a team of highly qualified and experienced doctors.

General Practitioner

Treatment for cold, cough, fever, and similar conditions is provided with medicines at a nominal rate—just Rs. 30 per day.

Dental Treatment

We provide daily dental treatment at 50% less than outside dental clinics. Check-ups cost just Rs. 50, and root canals are only Rs. 1,500 (typically Rs. 3,000–4,000 elsewhere). We also organize free dental check-up camps in slum areas to promote dental care awareness.

Pathology Services

Our Trust offers all types of blood tests at 50% less than standard private pathology rates.

Opthal Services

We help underprivileged people access cataract surgery starting from just Rs. 3,500 through our referral services.

Referral Services

All referral diagnostic services (MRI, CT Scan, Sonography, X-Ray) are available to our patients at a 50% discount through partner centers. Lifesaving drugs are offered at 20% to 80% discount.
